We created Lateral because we were tired of sacrificing performance for aesthetics — and vice versa. Our designs combine form, function, and personality so you can move how you want, wear what you want, and feel good doing it.
Hannah leads our marketing and social strategy. With a background in design and a serious love for Pilates, she’s the one connecting the dots between movement + messaging. She works hard to tell our story clearly and creatively.
Isaac is the creative force behind our designs. As our creative director and design lead, he brings years of experience in clothing design to the table. Isaac makes sure every sock looks sharp, feels intentional, and stands out.
Amy brings the Pilates know-how. Currently in the final stages of her Pilates Teacher Training, she makes sure every pair of grip socks is designed with movement in mind. From fit to function, Amy’s insight is what keeps Pilates principles at the center of everything we do.
From the instructors and studios creating safe spaces to the people rediscovering embodied movement.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or decades into your practice, we celebrate bodies of all shapes and stories. Everyone deserves a positive Pilates experience, regardless of what you wear or how you identify.
We believe movement should feel good, not punishing or performative. For us, embodied movement means tuning in instead of checking out. We’re here for whatever practice helps you feel more at home in your body - Pilates or not.
We’re deeply committed to the studios, instructors, and movement spaces that bring people together. From supporting local businesses to uplifting the voices of instructors new + old, we aim to champion our local communities (they've given us so much).
